Candidates must send their completed application form to segreteria@musicamdo.it attaching the following documents:

  1. Application form including full name, date of birth, address, phone number and e- mail address (e-mail account is mandatory, all communications will be conducted via e-mail);
  2. Artistic CV;
  3. Good quality video recordings featuring a minimum of 3 jazz standards;
  4. A high resolution photo (not a passport photo);
  5. Proof of the registration fee payment.
